We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. We got upgraded to a suite without having extra charges and we were very pleased with that. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent and we had a wonderful dinner at the Fountain Lounge, the crab cake there is delicious !

The help from the staff arranging transportation from airport to hotel was seamless. Also arranged transportation for Halloween trip that was seamless also. We only come to NOLA for the week of Halloween but i always buy some Szarach for home and wife always gets a trinket or so from the in store shop.

The room was huge. I loved that it had 2 bathrooms. The shower heads were perfect. I wish the beds were bigger. The staff was outstanding. I especially liked the person who recommended restaurants and things to do in the area. The text messages checking on my family was the bonus.

The location was perfect. Stayed there just before Christmas and the decor was special. Arrived in around 8.30 and bar packed and limited selection of food outlets. But not a deal breaker. Ended up in another onsite bar and the barman was very helpful.

Ealaoin

Luxurious and quiet when staying in the hotel however when out and about it was very central located in the heart of NOLA and I enjoyed my espresso (in the room) very much each and every day.
